1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using e-Mbizo's global network, cloud computing platforms, or enterprise services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

e-Mbizo guarantees a 99.999% uptime for enterprise connectivity and cloud hosting. Remedies for SLA breaches are exclusively governed by your specific Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Our network must not be used to transmit malware, conduct DDoS attacks, or distribute illegal content. We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts violating these conditions to protect the integrity of our global infrastructure.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall e-Mbizo, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
