EMBIZO CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to Embizo services, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement begins on the date of service activation.

2. Service Provision

Embizo will provide services as per the plan selected by the customer, subject to network availability and feasibility in the service area.

3. Installation and Equipment

Installation will be carried out within a reasonable time frame. Equipment provided remains the property of Embizo unless otherwise agreed.

4. Billing and Payments

Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of service.

5. Price Changes

Embizo reserves the right to change pricing with a 30-day advance notice to customers. New prices will be published on our official channels.

6. Fair Usage Policy

Customers agree to use services in a fair and lawful manner. Abuse, such as excessive usage or illegal activity, may result in suspension or termination.

7. Confidentiality and Data

Customer data is kept confidential and managed according to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Embizo does not sell or distribute personal data without consent.

8. Service Suspension and Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse. Customers may also cancel with 30 days’ notice in writing.

9. Liability

Embizo is not liable for indirect losses, including data loss or business interruption, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints can be submitted via email, phone, or our website. Unresolved issues may be escalated to ICASA in accordance with their procedures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of South African courts.
